Q: Can I mix Samples of regular scents and limited editions?
A: Yes you can. All sample packs are the same price, unless designated otherwise. But even then, adding one or two of a higher price LE is fine.
Q: The shipping fees in the shopping cart seem kind of high. Is this right?
A: Probably not. Most orders can be shipped in a Priority flat rate box for $9.80. However this is not always the case. If paying with a credit card, we will charge the flat rate if it applies to your order. If paying with Paypal, you can contact us first, and we will gladly send an invoice with the better shipping rates. Orders over $100.00 ship free in the US. 1/2 Price for international!
Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A: The first few days after an update are VERY busy. Same for the week before a limited edition comes down. During these times, it can take 3 or 4 days to get your order out. Anything longer than that, like if we run out of bottles or a blend, we bump your shipping to Priority at no additional cost to you when your order is filled.
Q: I want to send a gift to a friend. Can you ship it to them for me?
A: Yes, we gladly do that. However, if half the order is meant for you, please check out twice (once with the gift order and then after you fill your own order) so we do not get anything mixed up. Shipping is also calculated separately.
Q: I am sensitive to some ingredients in bath and body products. What do you use in yours?
A: Before we make anything that would require an unnatural ingredient, we research it carefully, and figure out exactly what we are working with. If there is a less harsh alternative, we use it as often as possible. Feel free to contact us for ingredients of an item you are interested in or check our ingredients link in the side navigation bar.
